Jesus Christ is God. God the Son. God is from everlasting to everlasting and has no mother. Read any book in the Old Testament, such as Jeremiah, Isaiah etc. and see what God thinks of those who worship false gods and practice idolatry.
Religion cannot save you. Only Jesus Christ.
